Developed an AI-powered creator discovery platform by indexing millions of TikTok videos with automated profile generation and semantic search. Built a distributed video-analysis pipeline using self-hosted VLMs (Keye-1.5) and Whisper, with async workers and real-time monitoring. Deployed multi-GPU inference on AWS p5.48xlarge (8x H100), achieving 80-90% GPU utilization. Achieved sub-2-second semantic search using query expansion, FastAPI async endpoints, and optimized PostgreSQL indexing.
Helpcare AI (now Careforce AI)
Promoted to Head of Engineering after building 90% of Helpcare's production codebase. Designed real-time autonomous AI calling agents using Python, Vapi API, and Google Cloud Functions. Built natural language query tools with LangChain and OpenAI API for clinical data analysis. Implemented HIPAA-compliant infrastructure with Row Level Security and Clerk.com authentication. Scaled the engineering organization from zero: defined hiring criteria, created technical assessments, and led interviews for senior engineers.
